Delivery
1. Shipping options & times.
We offer free shipping to worldwide!
Delivery with be tracked and a tracking number will be supplied. We estimate delivery to all countries between 5 and 10 working days. (Each phone case is individually made so give a little time for delivery!)
2. Shipping to an alternative address
If you would like to ship to a different address than your billing address you can specify this during the checkout process of our shopping cart.
Return & Refunds
If your case arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue for a free replacement or refund
All of our designer phone cases are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about your design choice or if you select the wrong phone model when placing your order.
